Sales Engineering Support Specialist

As part of the Customer Service Engineering Team, this successful candidate will be responsible for IT support and implementation of the Netsweeper Solutions to Internet Service Providers and/or Telco companies focusing in North, South, and Central America. Working closely with Development, Sales, and other internal teams, the candidate will support both pre and post sale activities with clients. The successful candidate will be measured by his/her success in building successful long term profitable partnerships through customer support.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • College graduate, preferably in IT/networking
  • 5 years of professional support and engineering experience in technology - preferably in the ISP/Telco Industry
  • A strong aptitude for technology relating to ISP/Telco design and integration
  • Effective communicator - written and verbal in English. Spanish and or Portuguese would be an asset
  • Ability to deliver on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a team environment, and on their own
