Increase ARPU

Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) is the system frequently used by ISPs and Telcos to measure the average revenue that each subscriber generates for the ISP or Telco. This average fluctuates depending on the amount of services to which a customer subscribes. Frequently, different methods of bundling services and software are used to increase the overall amount of revenue that each customer generates for the ISP. For example, all subscribers that receive a DSL connection may be charged $40.00 per month. In order to increase the amount of profit from each subscriber, any ISP may offer a security suite (anti-spyware, anti-virus, and parental controls) at a cost of $5.00 per month. This brings the ARPU of each subscriber to the service from $40.00 per month to $45.00 per month. Netsweeper makes it possible to seamlessly integrate this revenue source within your existing network infrastructure.

Netsweeper provides solutions to ISPs and Telcos to help increase their ARPU. With the Netsweeper Premium Parental Controls or the Netsweeper Enhanced Security Suite, ISPs and Telcos can increase the amount of software and services that they offer their subscribers. This is in contrast to the customer going to a store and buying such software off the shelf. Partnering with Netsweeper allows the ISP to increase ARPU. Additionally, in offering these value added services to their subscribers, ISPs and Telcos increase the depth of the relationship with their subscribers creating increased customer loyalty.
