Acquisition of Products and Staff Expands Solution Offerings; Bolsters Commitment to Education Market GUELPH, ON, Canada - February 11, 2011 - Netsweeper Inc. today announced that it has acquired the technology and business assets of DeepNines, a privately-held company based in Dallas, TX. Netsweeper is also bringing on key DeepNines personnel. DeepNines products include Secure Web Gateway, Internet Security Assessment, Network Application Management and Network Security Management. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
